The Association of Former Students of the School of Engineering of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (AEAEE-UFMG) awards Pöyry, for the fourth consecutive time, the 2018 'Top Engineering Award' in the Mining (Services) - Consulting / Projects category.
For Fábio Bellotti da Fonseca, Pöyry's Business Area President, Latin America, the award is an incentive to our employees and recognition of the company's competences in the development of studies, construction management and engineering projects for the mining industry. In its eleventh edition, the 'Top Engineering Award' honors companies that work in Brazil and stand out as suppliers of engineering services for the Construction, Steel, Mining, Telecommunications, Health, Energy, Services and Agriculture sectors among others. In addition to the members of AEAEE-UFMG, the winners are chosen by free voting of directors of leading companies and specialised consultants, and takes into account factors such as competence in the area of performance, quality of services provided, best value for money, technological upgrading and market presence.
